customized with 3D Slash! The existing futon roller was close but it needed a recessed slot for a nut to hold the screw on since the original had a nut embedded inside the roller. I also widened the flange to fit the existing part I had already. While it's not the same shape the hex flange speeded digital work to fit my short timeframe.
