Human: Version 2 of the fly swatter, with my logo prominently displayed on the paddle and text emblazoned on the handle.. The handle to paddle attachment has been redesigned to utilize just 10-12mm M5 screws, eliminating the need for nuts altogether! To print the handle successfully, it must be oriented diagonally on a bed of at least 300mm in size. A large nozzle (0.8-1.0) and layer height of around 0.3-0.5 will yield a cool "wood" texture on top of the layers. The paddle can be printed with 6-8 shells and 30-40% infill, using no top or bottom layers in a flex filament! Feel free to experiment with different patterns! While the standard rectangle is somewhat flimsy, a Cubic pattern at 35% infill (Ideamaker) produces perfect results. The handle components must be carefully glued together..
