A gear extruder design I think the parts you will need for this design is more easy to get and easy to set.And there is a problem is that the thickness of the big gear is 14mm but anyway its good longking from my own view point.... Hope you can like it I will share all the files What you will need to make such a extruder? 1 625zz bearing x3 2 Set screw M5X20x1 3 Outside the hexagonal screw m5x55X1(it can be replaced by a longer one) 4 Flat washer M5X4 M3X6 5 Socket head screw M3X25X1 M3X30X2 6 The nylon lock nut M5X1 M3X1 7 Hexagonal nut M3X3 8 spring X2 9 a joint in that picture the screw thread is M6 10 a insert cooperate with the joint the siza is Outer diameter 8mm length 10mm this part need to be adhesive into the hole on the top of the holder! 11 a extrud wheel i designed for a wheel in my pictures i think its common and easy to get one. I dont have enough time to make one but i will show you the picture and then you will know how to make it.i am not very clear about the size of the two springs you will have to find it out yourself to be a maker guys. I did not drow the extrud wheel in the picture but you must can know how to set it Transmission ratio：4 ps you may need to put two or more washer between the big geaa and the bearing i have forgotten to consider about the shape of the bearing.....
