This Thingi is a Idler for the Richrap and also the JohnSL 3DR. It Idles the Fishingline like Prusa X Belt Idler. M4 Nut in the Top Nuttrap. An M4 Screws through the Bearings with 2 Washers. It tightend with a Nut for the Aluextrusion. The Second Screw (in the middle) clamps also with a Slotnut in the Extrusion. This must be tightend before idle. it must clamp alone without clamp in the idler. because the top idlerscrew lean on it. Let these Screws a little bit loose before you tense the Fishline. Tense now the 3rd Screw on the top through the Nut an tense the Fishline. After good Tense tight the 2 other screws... any question ? edit: now more idle lenght (6mm) (german into english ;-) )
