I made a newer version of this - https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2781475 The charger that comes with the Solo require AC power which makes it impractical on the road. This allows me to charge a pack with my car, but realistically isn't all that practical since it takes over an hour to charge a depleted pack. Nonetheless, it's been made and it does function. See Grant Conery's Instructables post for information on the DC/DC converter and how to configure it - http://www.instructables.com/id/GM-Multi-Solo-Charger/. Parts of the case is based on my dual charger - http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1949728. This case is tool-less and everything snaps together. Just about any 40 x 10 mm fan should work, but the one I used specifically is from Digi-Key - https://www.digikey.com/product-detail/en/qualtek/FAD1-04010CBMW11/Q612-ND/2600059. Print Settings Printer: Prusa i3 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: .2 mm Infill: various Notes: The case and cover were prined in PLA at 30% infill while the rest of the bits were printed in ABS at 75% infill.
