Propeller guards for the 3DR Solo, print with 100% infill. Print upside down with support (>70 deg angles) and make sure the support is properly removed afterwards. The top/bottom dimensions have only 0.4mm gap with respect to the Solo and if the fit is too tight some break will occur in the layers while mounting. The clamp fits only one-way with the lid to the left when seen from the motor top. It can be hard to remove the clamp but pushing a small flat head screwdriver in between the gap should spring it right off. I added a v2.5 (200 x 200) version which should print fine on a 200 x 200 bed size. Print Settings Printer Brand: Ultimaker Printer: Ultimaker 2 Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.1 mm Infill: 100% Notes: Highly recommended to print in PETG (I used PETG from www.real-filament.com). Risk of layer break when printed in PLA is high! If you get good results with other filaments please post in the comments.
