4/26/2020: Tire design updated for easier printing without supports. recommended settings. solid layers top 4, Bottom 3, perimeters 2. infill 5% gyriod. layer height .2mm this is a tire model that fits 3dsets trucks. allows you to print tires if you don't have access to the rubber tires. 100mm diameter 48mm inner. the model has some overhangs that i did not correct. it prints out ok. your mileage will vary as soft TPUs are hard to print well. because even soft TPU is so stiff the best is 1 perimeter and as light an infill as possible 2%. as thin a top layer and bottom as possible as well. otherwise you will just end up with a pretty looking TPU tire but will be too stiff to do anything with. one tire should take about 9 hours to make.
