This is designed to be clipped on, you will find it difficult to remove the first few times once it is clipped on. I suggest you to carefully use watch my video before you attempt to remove it. A flat screw driver could help if needed in the first few times. This is an adaptor that could fit all our large size capsule . It is normal that, it will increase the exhale pressure within the mask, and exhale will be approximately 40%more difficult with this on. However, this will give you the complete protection, as the exhale breath will also be filtered.
