This remix extends the hook shell to 107mm to accommodate 90mm x 20mm (adhesive zone is only about 75mm) 3M brand strips rated for 5lbs or 2.2kg. If you would like to try to print it hollow so that the cover is flush to the wall when installed, I've included an optional standoff piece. You will lift the hook model and locate this exactly underneath. In Cura, you may designate this model with its own settings of 0 top layers. Globally, you will want to set 0 bottom layers. I included screenshots of my setup with the location of two additional infill mesh modifiers. The smaller of the two is a support for the 20mm x 27mm rectangular opening. Make sure to size it accordingly, adding (your wall width) x 2 to each dimension - I was using a 0.66 line width and 2 global perimeters on mine. For the Z dimension, leave about 2 layer heights worth of gap for easy removal (For example, I had a 1.50mm tall standoff and 0.16 layer lines, so 1.50 - 0.32 = 1.28). The second and larger of the two is to help hold up the skin layers that would otherwise start in mid-air (XY dimensions 39mm^2). Following printing, you may use your flush cutters to trim them to allow for the backing to fit inside. Both infill mesh modifiers were set to 1 perimeter. Globally, I used 8 top layers since I selected a fairly low layer height (8 x 0.16 = 1.28mm vertical thickness). The slot in the wall mount piece (the one that directly contacts the 3M strip) has a gap of 2.3mm, so I had ~0.50 clearance on either side (theoretically, but bridged surfaces sag and take up more space). Be careful not to add too many top layers or the two parts may not fit together. If you want to increase strength, try adding more perimeters instead. If things are loose, you can add 0.1-0.2mm horizontal expansion to the wall mount (since it should be printed "standing up"). Check out the picture references I included. The standoff's default height is 1.5mm but you may need to adjust it depending on the thickness of your strips and your installation surface.
