UPDATE 2021-04-17: In response to a lot of the comments I had about fragility of the is swivel connector I decided to try reprinting it on my Prusa in PETG. It was almost impossible to get it to snap together in a reliable manner. SO, I redesigned the part; see "SwivelHoseConnector.stl" for a single print-in-place part. Print it in the orientation illustrated; I used supports ONLY under the CPAP hose outlet. I didn't need supports for the top of the fitting. It seems they bridged well enough. When you print this you will need to use a razor blade to carefully cut the 12 small support pieces that are part of the model which keep the top and bottom parts separate. Once those are cut and you can swivel the piece freely, lightly press together the two pieces and rotate around a few times to grind down the remaining stubs of the support pieces. This seems a LOT stronger than the original design since you don't have to snap it together. Provides a swivel connector which attaches a CPAP hose to a standard 3M respirator with a bayonet style connector. This can be used as part of a PAPR mask.
