3mm 3D-Pen Filament

These files produce simple strips of 3mm diameter PLA/ABS/etc filament in various lengths. We bought a top end "3Doodler Create+" 3D-Pen to "Touch Up" gaps/flaws in larger items that are printed on our Creality 3D Printers. However, then we needed PLA filament for it in various colors that actually matches the type and color of the filament we used to print our "stuff". This makes "touching up flaws" in larger prints much easier, and the fixes have a nearly invisible, perfect, color match. If a part has a minor flaw or gap after being printed, we just use the same 1.75mm filament that we used to print the part to print out some 3mm 3D-Pen filament sticks, and then we fill in the flaws with the 3D pen before sanding the part. My Engineering Grade digital calipers show me that Store-Bought 3D Pen filament (Which is sold as "3mm Filament") is actually anywhere from 2.78mm to 3.1mm in diameter. We've found that the closer to "3mm" the filament is, the better it works for a smoothly extruded filament flow. We've been using these for several months now with zero problems, and with EXCELLENT results; No clogs or jams. YMMV. CAUTION: I don't doubt that using 3D Printed filament sticks will void any warranty on your 3D Pen. They like you to buy your filament from them, and I don't blame them, however when you need "Hatchbox Silk Purple PLA" to make an invisible fix in a gap on a part that was 3D printed using "Hatchbox Silk Purple PLA", not much else will do. Be careful about keeping debris off of your 3D Printer's bed that could mix with the filament sticks while you're printing them and clog the nozzle on your 3D Pen. Just for sizing info, I made these to print with our Ender-3 Pro, and Creality CR-10 V3. The files are labeled, but the Ender-3 Pro's Print Bed size is 220mm X 220mm, and the CR10's print bed size is larger at 300mm X 300mm. The shorter pieces of filament can be printed on the Ender-3 Pro's bed "front to back" or "side to side". The longer filament sticks are oriented diagonally. Same for the "CR-10 V3" bed, the filament sticks are simply longer. If you need longer or shorter sticks, just orient the 200mm stick "across" your virtual printer's bed (Along the X-Axis, As the basic 200mm STL file is set to) in your favorite slicer software, unlock the "Size Scaling" lock, and change the X-Axis to whatever length you want. It's Simple, I know, but I couldn't find any 3mm Filament sticks when I needed them... and these work.
