This is a cup holder made for a 3rd gen Honda Accord that did not come with any cup holders. It replaces the face plate on the ash tray that pulls out underneath the stereo. To mount you undo the face plate and attach the cup holder with longer screws. There is a slight gap in between the underside of the cup holder and the ash tray. I filled that gap with hot glue to make sure the cup holder didn't move at all.
