3S Lipo Battery holder for QuadCopter

3S Lipo Battery Holder designed for an SK450 quadcopter frame. This is designed to better position the underslung battery on an SK450 dead cat quadcopter frame. The positioning of the screw holes allows it to be move fore-aft to adjust center-of-gravity (CG). The hole sizes will fit M3 a little tight - probably better to use M2 or M2.5. <strong>Update: </strong> <ul> <li>Had a slight issue with the strap ears on the rear tray breaking, so I made them thicker and printed it slower at 230C for better layer adhesion.</li> <li>Since the part was printed in ABS, I acetone vapor treated both the front and rear tray which seems to have strengthened them significantly.</li> <li>Added a center slot on the mounting ears for both parts for more versatile positioning.</li> </ul> <strong>Notes:</strong> <ul> <li>This design is not yet tested for real flight but the battery fits perfectly.</li> <li>The length of the front "box" is a bit deep, and maybe a later version will be shallower as inserting the battery at a slight angle due to the cables is a little snug.</li> <li>The battery holder surface and the mounting "ears" are intentionally offset slightly for a bit better strength.</li> <li>The front interior surface is angled slightly as my battery cables come off the front right of the battery - which makes the front of the battery a slight wedge shape. I wanted to support the battery instead of having pressure on the cables with any forces going forward <italic>(like when I crash nose first taking out the camera gimbal and everything in the front of the quad). </italic></li> </ul> <strong>Future Update Plans:</strong> The slots seem a little long for the standard velcro strap. I may reduce the length a few mm.
