3x8 Neopixel/WS2812 light (WIP)

Built for a friend who wanted to have a coloured light which can be set in two fields. We decided it was best to use WS2812-based LED strips (the LEDs on ours were 16.5mm apart) and an Arduino/Rotary Encoder to control it all. There are a few modes programmed for the lights in the Arduino sketch provided. A bit of trial and error went in to everything, and a revision should be done if we decide to make another one. This one is held together with double-sided tape.
