4.3" LCD Bezel and Box (Gameduino 2 LCD)

This creation was for mounting a touchscreen LCD sold as a Gameduino 2. http://excamera.com/sphinx/gameduino2/ The Gameduino 2 is a 4.3" touchscreen LCD that is designed to plug into a Arduino Uno (in the photos I am using a mega) to give an arduino project a graphical interface. Check out the website above to see what it can do, it really was a breakthrough for me. The box design was input from the below website, boxmaker. The dimensions were 93mm x 135 x 50 (W x L x H) with a material thickness of 3mm. This was to dimension the box one width of material around the dimensions of the bezel. http://boxmaker.connectionlab.org/ The bezel was designed to center the visible area of the display. Since the LCD visible area is not centered in its geometry, the bezel is designed to match this. The mating back plate that holds the LCD to the bezel is the top surface of the box. This top surface has 4 additional holes (for screwing to the bezel) and a square cut out of it to fit the LCD circuit board (see attached photo above) The bezel has 4 screw holes that line up with laser cut holes in the laser cut back plate. the holes in the bezel are currently a little undersized for a 3mm (or ~1/8" inch machine screw). It is recommended to drill out this hole to 2.5mm so the screw can self tap into the PLA bezel hole.
