eSun eBox to filament tube coupler. Stock coupler is not-so-good. It's makes squeaky noises, fell off easily and can accept only OD6 tubes. So, I did my own improved version. Three variants: for OD4/ID2, OD5/ID3 and OD6/ID4 PTFE tubes.
