4 axis CNC Foam Cutter

These files will allow you to make your own 4 axis CNC foam cutting machine. This machine works great and is perfect to cut with accuracy wings for drones. You can also cut dxf files, to cut any shape you want. I personally used 6 mm carbon fiber sheets to link my V slot profiles, but you can use wood or others material. TOOLS NEEDED FOR THIS BUILD: • CNC machine • 3D Printer • M5 tap MATERIAL NEEDED FOR THIS BUILD: FRAME: • 6mm carbon fiber / wood sheets • 2 x 2020 V slots x 1000 mm • 4 x 4040 V slots x 1000 mm • 50 x M5 T nuts • 10 x M3 T nuts MECHANICAL: • 16 x V Slot wheels • 16 x Eccentric washers • 32 x 6mm spacers • 50 x M5 washers • GT2 belt • GT2 pulley • Idler pulley • M3 and M5 from different sizes ELECTRONICS: • 4 x NEMA 17 • 1 x Ramps 1.4 • 1 x Arduino MEGA • 4 x DRV8825 stepper driver • 4 x MakerBot end switches • 1 x 24V Power supply • 1 x Lab power supply for hot wire
