Cyclone Separator - 4 IN connection UNTESTED! For full 3d printed version - 4 inches hose - see: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3966446 Main body is fabricated from metal sheet. For the "complex" cuts 3d print templates are included. The CONE can be welded or secured with rivets. If rivets are used, an aditional lip was design, alowing for the faces to overlap. Same goes for the Cyclone Body and tubes, however, no lip was add to the design, therefore if want to use rivets do not forget to add 20mm extra to the metal sheet. Base and top vac connection have 3d print parts, however the Cyclone can be made without those, just plain weld... Add 3d print parts with 4.2 holes - for 4.0mm pop rivet - connection. All dimensions are computer generated, always "round up" and go high or low in that manner the part will be always biger! e.g. : Cone dimensions: 240.65 = 240 79.42 = 79 251.44 = 251 761.63 = 762 Design to print without support! :) by COSTA!
