4 inch Duct Hose Holder

This is a duct hose holder to allow you to mount a 4 inch duct hose along a wall or floor without needing to screw anything into the wall. Instead, simply use a "Large" size 3M Command Strip adhesive to mount it onto the surface. This allows you to easily remove it in the future. https://www.command.com/3M/en_US/command/products/~/Command-Large-Picture-Hanging-Strips/?N=5924736+3294529207+3294737318&rt=rud You'll notice there is an angled area on the mount so that when you want to remove the 3M strip, your fingers (or perhaps pliers) will have easy access to pulling on the tab. But while it's mounted, the 3M strip remains invisible from the front. I designed it as part of a fume extraction system for my Makerbot 3D printers. ---------- Before using a fume extraction setup, I would always smell PLA while printing, which I did not like, let alone the possible (not well known) health effects. After this setup, I cannot smell any PLA in this small 120 square ft room. I was also considering using the Bofa 3D Print Pro 3 fume filter, but preferred this setup as it is less expensive, more customizable, and evacuates the fumes rather than filtering them before re-circulating the air into the same room. If you are interested in doing a similar fume extraction setup, here is a description of the parts I used: I am using a single AC Infinity Cloudline S6 duct fan two extract air from two 3D printers and send the fumes out the window. To do this, I cut a 64mm diameter hole in each of the acrylic enclosures of my printers.
