4 STATE QRP GROUP "Challenge Coin" in 2 parts (Coin Base and LOGO) to make it easier to print the LOGO part lettering in different color filaments. Print the coin part first in Blue (should really be light blue) and then print the LOGO part. Printing the LOGO, start with Black. Assuming .2mm/layer (recalculate if you use different layer sizes), change color to White at layer 11 (2.2mm) and then to Gold at layer 16 (3.2 mm) for the final part of the print. That's about all there is to it. I designed it using Autodesk's "free for non-commercial users" Fusion 360 and the ".f3d" files are included.
