<p><strong>3D printable fully working cut through model of a 4 stroke engine.</strong></p><p>The parts should to be printed on a smooth build plate, not textured.<br>If possible, avoid elephant foot.<br>I printed the model on a PRUSA MINI, with PLA+ filament, layer height 0.15 mm. <br>I use Hard Plastic Glue.</p><p>For assembled and exploded views, use .stl files 00… A0... F0… G0… (do not print).<br>Printing and assembly instructions you will find in the document <i>“Building Instructions 4 Stroke Engine.pdf”</i>.</p><p>Dimensions V-TWIN: 236 x 76 x 178 mm.<br>Dimensions MONO: 169 x 76 x 213 mm.</p><p>Weight V-TWIN: 0.4 kg.<br>Weight MONO: 0.25 kg.</p><p>The MONO engine can eventually be “upgraded” to a V-Twin engine. Or even a boxer engine.</p><p><i>Update 9-1-2022: Redesign "H1 -Manifold.stl" because of slicer issues.</i><br><i>Update 11-1-2022: “F5 - Valve Cover.stl” is added.</i><br><i>Update 26-1-2022: Redesign camshaft parts G1 - G7. For easier assembly.</i></p>
