This gasket has the screw holes oversized and spaced to fit the stand-offs in the Ender 5 Plus's case. I noticed a slight whistle and visible gap between my fan and the case; it probably would not be an issue for most people but my printer is in my so I'm trying to get it as quiet as possible.
