40 to 30 mm fan with Vent

I want to use the stock fan mount for the e3d hot end, but I also want to add material cooling. I created this in Microsoft 3D Builder *The duct's wall is too thin, I added thicker wall in V2.* V2’s Duct may be a little too long. I had to move the E3D clip to the top of the fins, so that the duct doesn’t hit the surface. On V3, I subtracted 1.5mm from the duct. This should allow plenty of room, so that the duct doesn't hit the build (Below the hot end)
