You need a 30 x 40mm Cooling fan Adaptor to install a 40 x 40mm fan because the 5 blades on your 30mm Clone Ed3V6 fan don't move enough air across the extruder, making the filament too soft and causing it to block the extruder. To print this adaptor, add support under each corner of the 30 x 40mm design and start printing from the larger side upwards. When printing the Cooling shroud, do it on its edge with the flat side down, adding one support in the middle of the circle.
