I mixed this together with a thin honeycomb grill and skimmed the top surface just a little so that the air flow should not be reduced but I think adds to the looks and covers the colour of the fan, I was never keen on the brown and cream of the Noctua's It still pushes onto the 4020 fan so no need to remove the fan first. I added a new housing Fan Housing 6 , this moves the wire cutout a little further in as mine were catching the edge of the wires on the Noctua when fed via the fans own gap.
