In the good old days of epic scale warhammer, the 'reaper' titan had several subclasses. One of those being the vandal which essentially functioned as the melee 'reaper' of the group. The vandal subclass would (generally) have it's carapace weapon removed so that the titan could have a greater maximum velocity allowing it to zone-in on its enemies. But leaving the mount exposed is kinda odd looking. So I made this to go over the top if you wanted to make a 'rapier' vandal without an exposed top mount.
