40mm Fan Swivel Mount Tweaked

I wanted thinner mounting bases, and to drill my own holes to match whatever little screws I find laying around. The 1mm holes I added back in can be used as pilot holes to drill out to the perfect size for m3 bolts. I remixed this because of my chicken and egg problem. I simplified the bridging that might be difficult while you're printing without a fan to cool it quickly. Now that I have my fan mounted to a shroud, mounted to this swivel mount, I can print bridges no problem! After tweaking the original in OpenSCAD then exporting to stl, I ran it through netfab cloud to clean it up. There wasn't anything wrong with my original, but at least the stl file size came back much smaller. Instructions PLA Hotend @ 180 Bed @ 60 0.6 nozzle 0.4009 layer height 3 perimeters minimum sliced with Slic3r.
