40mm Vacuum hose splicer

<p>I had to cut some of my vacuum hose back and that left two unusable hoses. So I did what anyone in my position would do and that's design up a solution. It's a tight fit, but hey, that's what you want. The OD of this splitter w/out the torrid ridges is 40mm.
