This is my version on a mandrel type paper cartridge loading tool for 44 caliber cap & ball revolvers. I got the basic idea from Manly's design he makes from wood & the measurements from a paper cartridge loading book. There is a hole for you to put in Elmers stick glue as well as a slot that will fit the zig zg rolling papers you will need for this. PLEASE NOTE SCALING!!!!!! Form block is 3.00 inches long 1.30 inches wide (sides with the single hole to the double hole side) 1.50 inches tall Form Dowel is 1.798 inches tall (square base to tip of dowel) 1.00 inches wide 1.000 inches long
