I really liked the 44mm mecanum wheels from Jonah_Innoart, but wanted them for a 3mm d-shaft. I edited it in OpenSCAD. The tolerance of the hole can be set with the "tol" parameter, or you can use the STL's which have a tolerance of 6%. You can use the file shaft_test.scad to try different tolerances before printing the whole wheel.
