45 Degree Cross Cutting Sled

45 Degree Cross Cutting Sled

This is a sled used for a Harbor Freight table saw. It can probably be used for other table saw miter slots, just needs to be increased in size. I'd recommend printing at 100% infill for safety purposes, but can probably get away with less. As with any wood working tool, use safe practices and in no way am I responsible if you injure yourself. F-clamp not necessary, but safer. You can always sand the miter part or grease your rails to make it slide better if it sticks. Modify if necessary. I printed at 5% for a few test runs and modified by +/- 1% to make the final size fit my machine. TinkerCAD was the software of choice.
