This adapter allows you to use 15" DOT approved Basset racing wheels with a 66.8mm centre bore on a 451 Smart Fortwo using wheel adapters with a 57.5mm bore. The Basset Racing Wheels are Lug-Centric and require a hubcentric adapter and sleeve for the wheel adapters. This was to allow me to use 29" tires on my lifted Smart Car.
