It's a 45rpm vinyl single adaptor which have the large (38mm) hole in the middle, so you can play it on a standard record player. My recordplayer has a 7.5mm shaft, but you can easily modify all dimensions through customizer or by loading it in OpenSCAD to adapt to your specific situation.
