This device displays the evolution of your heart rate over time. If you're stressed, it's likely that you'll get a curve with sharp edges like in the second picture. But from one moment to another, if you focus your mind on your breathing or start meditation, or try to stop thinking with words and pictures, it's likely that the curve will become much softer, almost sinusoïdal, like in the first picture. It's also likely that you'll get a greater amplitude if you breathe deeply. This is connected to cardiac coherence, mindfulness meditation, and, in my humble opinion, to the Holy Spirit (pneuma, breath in the Bible). If you work with scad files, you'll need to download the pcb enclosure library - 3 and the 4duino enclosure library. The main board is a 4duino. I used this heart rate sensor from SeeedStudio. You can find the source code for the 4duino at https://github.com/jsuzineau/pascal_o_r_mapping/tree/TjsDataContexte/electronic/Arduino/HeartRate/Arduino_sketch/4duino
