<p>I needed a 4inch kick port for my floor tom conversion. Why pay $50+ for a plastic ring when you can print one?! Ive even added a screw so it can be removed/replaced later. It took me a couple of iterations to find a light weight and strong design.</p><p> </p><p>Guide printed at 0.2mm layer hight, 20% infill.</p><p>Plate printed at 0.2mm layer hight, 20% infill.</p><p>Screw printed at 0.21mm layer hight, 20% infill.</p><p> </p><p>installation:</p><ol><li>print guide and mark out hole. Cut using sharp blade.</li><li>print plate and push through hole</li><li>print screw and screw onto back tightly</li></ol>
