A remix of https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3726805 & https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3913091 . Neither solution worked well for me and left me burning time and cursing. The belts would slip and force me to start over in circular repetition. I used the @tom4cad model and enlarged the hole on either end for an M3 screw. I also added a retaining keyway to both parts similar to the @MaskPrint design but stronger and with less slop. I added a chamfer where the belt will first begin to engage the main tensioner body that helps the belt slide along more easily. You might need to press the belt down a little on initial engagement. Once started, you can get a few threads on one end then move to the other end and get it started. The keyways make sure the belt won't slip while you are tightening and makes this job fast and easy now for me. You will need: QTY2 of M3x20 (or 25) screws QTY2 of M3x12 screws
