4mm doll button

I'm crafting a doll based on my beloved video game character, and I require teeny-tiny buttons. To attach these miniature buttons, I initially thought about using a super-fine needle to sew them on, but that seemed like a tedious task - drilling through all those tiny holes! So, I opted for gluing them onto the doll instead, saving myself from that arduous process. Unfortunately, my image of a single button failed to upload properly.
