This is a dimensionally accurate CAD model of a 20 cell LiFePO4 battery pack. The battery pack is setup in a 4s5p configuration (4 series, 5 parallel). Every 26650 cell has a capacity of ~2.5ah each, with a 3.3v nominal voltage. 13.3v*12.5ah=166.25wh. The battery cells are housed in 26650 cell holders and wrapped in a simple PETE-1 plastic shell. The battery cells are in the correct configuration and terminal orientation. It is always a good idea to put a pack level fuse in series with the pack line voltage as a fail-safe. This is a fairly chunky 13.3v pack, perfect for most 12v lead acid battery replacements.
