4wd, articulating and skid steering RC Car

This is a very, very large, 4wd almost fully 3d printed vehicle (the axles, springs, motors and some screws are not 3d printed). A video of it showing its speed is here https://youtu.be/PbDKhWGhZAw . I've included the Rhino file so you can edit it how you like. It can skid steer like a tank and articulate around a centre pinion like a loader. You can see a video of this strange combination here: https://youtu.be/6YNzH0Ci6As The advantage of this is maneuverability at lower speeds (skid steer) and efficiency at higher speeds (articulation). It also has independent suspension, with a motor in the hub of each very large 'drifting' wheel, which would also fit http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1024399, http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:470486 or anything else with a 12mm hexagon coupling (like the Dagu Wild Thumper wheels), but to print these you would need a very large printer. If you are going off-road, stick with rubber tyres, but if you are driving on grass, sand, rubber, carpet, the large printed wheels are good fun. You will notice it is similar to http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1024399. That is skid steer only and in this version I have improved the suspension and the wheel carrier (motor mounts) which are now much stronger. You can see the better arrangement in this video: https://youtu.be/CsUW8GbgfBI With rubber tyres, this thing has a very impressive towing capacity. With small rubber wheels fitted, it will tow you (slowly) if you sit on a skate board. Print Settings Printer Brand: Up! Printer: Up Plus2 Rafts: Yes Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.2mm Infill: Solid Notes: I actually used an UP! Box. You couldn't print the wheels or Chassis using the Plus 2 unless you split them into parts. You will see a cage built over the front suspension towers in 1 photo. The bars are 6.3mm aluminium. A template for bending these is included in the .3dm. I used clear/'crystal' ABS for the steering parts, as it is the toughest ABS I have found. I also 'treated' all of the highly stressed parts with an hot airgun set to 270C, targeting areas that may have joints or cracks.
