Caithe, clad in full plate with her flamberge in hand she cuts down any that act against her infernal patrons. In the city of Bastion, people from across the worlds are welcome. Anyone from brewers of Llothwyn to insidious efreeti merchants from the City of Brass. Here, a terrible demonic plot had begun to take root within the depths of the city. Hell does not rest or sit comfortably by as they are always watching for signs of demonic corruption. At first, it could be a simple sickness that spreads among the citizens. Soon it becomes random acts of murder without reason, just madness. Finally it becomes a city burned to wipe all traces of demonic influence. Caithe was immediately tasked with investigating a seemingly unrelated string of murders on the streets of Bastion. The signs would be hidden to the untrained eye - these people had been infected with demonic ichor. Unless she found the source of the ichor; death would be the only outcome for the infected. The investigation lead to the city's water supply beneath the complex tunnels beneath the city streets. She kicked in the door to the reservoir and drew her blade. As she walked in she could see the twisted skulking figures of those that serve the demonic horde. Before the carnage began, a demon approached Caithe from the shadows. She had found the source. "Only one of Hell's best? I'm insulted. I would prefer to kill a whole squad of you. That, that would send a message to your cowardly masters." The demon said before chuckling to itself looking away from Caithe. Caithe, unfazed by it's words continued to stare down the demon without flinching. "Only one was required. As only one soul is walking out of here today, demon." Realizing what she said the Demon quickly turned back to face Caithe. "Ach! You're surrounded Illrigger! Beg for mercy and maybe I'll end this quickly!" The demon responded while gesturing to the thralls skulking around the room. "Surrounded? Yes. Surrounded by the weak and soon to be dead."
