A fully-functional drive wheel for the Neato Botvac D series (D3, D4, D5, D6, D7). Print two for a set (it works in either direction). Combines the tire & wheel into a single piece. Useful for when your original tires get worn down and need to be replaced! You'll likely print this in a harder plastic than the more rubbery tires the original has; try roughing up the surface with sandpaper or letting it run a few times to break in the new wheels. Size: 7.6 cm (diameter) x 3.3 cm (length, including axle) You'll probably encounter a lot of resistance when screwing the bolt back into the wheel during assembly; this is because the screw is tapping the axle as it goes in (creating the threads). Consider loctite or another adhesive to better secure the screw and ensure it doesn't loosen over time from wear. If not, go with ABS (what I printed mine in). Nylon will work too (and will have the longest life span). Print in 100% infill!
