5/16" shaft with 5 mm flat to 1/4" shaft coupler This has extra length on the 1/4" shaft to accommodate more contact area (and to prevent slippage. Used 3X M3 cap head screws and 3X M3 nuts. The solidworks model is not more "parametric" in that an extra extension can be added on as necessary and the two halves can have different hole sizes. NOTES: I printed this but the shaft I was attaching it to is 5/16 so it ended up breaking I was also not able to get the screws sufficiently tight around the shaft.
