5/16" Tubing Support Clip Bender

5/16" ID tubing is commonly used in watering systems for rabbits and other small mammals. But if the tubing lays flat against the cage, curious bunnies will nibble on it and create leaks. The answer is to use a support clip that holds the wire away from the cage. I've made these clips by bending fence wire around an M14 bolt, but thought I could do one better and make more consistent clips. I start by wrapping the center of my length of wire around the round head at the top of the bender, then bend the legs. When I put the clip on the cage I bend the legs closed just enough for it to stay put. So far this seems to work well.
