I created this model for a 5/16" corner for a window screen corner due to unavailability in local stores. You can see the old corner in the attached pictures for reference, the 5/16 measurement is the thickness of the arm that inserts into the aluminum screen frame. It's best to print this with the "L" shape lying flat on the bed. Printing upright reduces the amount of supports but then the layers will pull apart easily if the screen frame flexes and it will leave a portion of the printed part inside the aluminum frame. Removing the external supports is necessary for the corner to fit in the window frame, but the internal supports don't seem to make a difference for fitment, if you don't want to spend time pulling them out. The picture is from an extra one that was printed upright before I abandoned that strategy. PLA is not ideal for outdoor applications, it's all I had on hand so I haven't tested with other filaments. It should do well enough if the window is not subjected to a lot of direct sunlight.
