I recased a motherboard from a Lenovo SFF PC into a larger gaming tower case but the two USB ports that protruded through the front panel of the old case were now inside the new case. I purchased this USB extension I used https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/404362228398 and printed this cover to fit into a 5.25" drive bay. There are no holes for the side screws but it's a simple job to mark where the screws need to go once the cover is in place and then drill two screw holes. No supports, no adhesion, printed with 100% infill for strength.
