I modified the two original rod antennas from my 5.8GHz FPV Rx&Tx. You can find a tutorial here: http://blog.oscarliang.net/make-diy-cloverleaf-antenna/ Instead of using a new SMA connector, i cut the plastic of the rod antenna, to get to the signal wire. Instructions The wall thickness is 0.8mm/1.6mm (for a 0.4mm) nozzle. It works best if you tweak your settings so the outer walls consists only out of perimeters/loops, but no infill. Just use some superglue and glue the wires of the antenna to either the 90° or 120° seat. Then glue the cover onto the baseplate.
