Just a multipurpose mount for clamps and other things to 5/8" lighting/grip spigot. Instructions Place a 1/4" bolt inside and insert using an arbor press or tighten into place with a nut. Place a nut inside on the side and pull into place with a 1/4" bolt as well. Use of a knob is optional but speeds up use.
