5/8" to 1/2" Tube Adapter

Just in case you are interested our team created a part to adapt 1/2" tube to 5/8"tube. We have printed it and it works great. You press the adapter onto / into the 5/8" tube (it goes over the outside and at the same time a bushing goes inside. It requires an arbor press, but is a nice tight fit. We had to slightly ream the inside after the press to 1/2". We then drove the 1/2" tube into the adapter for a very positive tight fit that required no adhesive. The two tubes overlap for a very strong joint.
