5/8" to 5mm Stepper Coupler

I am making a z-axis for a project for school and needed a 5/8" rod to 5mm stepper coupler, so started playing around with random coupler designs. This is somewhat of a remix, but I pulled parts from several different files so could not exactly remember whose it is, hence the open license. Hopefully someone else out there can use it. Please let me know if you have any issues. I will update the file as the project gets put together to make sure dimensions are correct.
