5 Core Radio T-22 / TC-22 18650 Battery Retrofit

This is to fit in the 5 Core Radio T-22 / TC-22. The goal is to fit this into the 5 Core without mods to the exterior of the case. These prints specifically fits this module: https://smile.amazon.com/dp/B07PZT3ZW2 There are plenty of holes in the right closed slot to route wires. In the battery slot (to the left) you can put your 18650 holder. Any holder should do, make sure to screw it into the slot and keep the screw post hole free. I suggest to remove the battery terminals to give you some holes to route the wires through. Just screw it in and route the wires to the right slot. I highly suggest to not glue this module holder into place, that will hide the screw post hole. The case is rickety enough, no need to make it more so by not screwing in one of the sides. To pressure-fit the module holder print I suggest to use a rubber band as a gasket. You can also use a few layers of tape. The cover for the module holder uses 3mm self-tapping screws. To remove the pressure-fitted module holder after being fitted just unscrew one of the cover screws a few turns then use that screw as a knob to pull the module holder out. The replacement battery cover allows you to see the battery percentage without removing the cover. The module very bright, I suggest to use some sort of dimming film on the module cover. As far as feeding power, I used a panel mount USB "B" cable. You can see it in the pictures above.
